We bought our home in April of 2024. In May Gene and the 911 plumbing, heating &air team came out and helped with a dishwasher leak. They were fast and friendly. We needed them again Jan 2025, our master bath was leaking into our garage. And of course the team showed up fast, well prepared for the job. Everyone from the office to field team are very kind and make you feel comfortable as if they were your family stoping by to help. I can't say enough good things about this team! 10/10 recommended!

Exactly honest person! We would recommend 911 Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning! It was a simple fix that I missed but the gentleman was so honest & patient with us on explaining what the issue was. The time he took to not only fix the issue but also educating us so we knew how to go about trying to fix it if it happened again really shows that they do care about their customers! Once again we would recommend them to anyone!!

BJ installed a new A/C system recently and we are very happy with the quality of the service provided. Before the installation, BJ came out to craft a proposal, which was thoughtful and fair - I sensed that there was no desire to add unnecessary work/expenses from his end. Despite unexpected difficulties on the day of installation, he and the rest of the crew were able to make it happen in a timely manner. BJ even went out to purchase the thermostat of my choice on my behalf after I forgot to do so. I will definitely call BJ and his family for any future plumbing work we need done!

I am an installer that was working on a customer's thermostat and accidentally blew a fuse because I was not familiar with Utah air conditioning. BJ was awesome and came out late night last minute notice and helped me resolve the customer's air conditioning unit because the family was pretty cold throughout the day with no heater. Definitely recommend this company... quick response and awesome Tech that even went to the extent of teaching me what I could've done to prevent issue from happening. 100% recommended, 100% Grateful for the help.

We've had to use 911 Plumbing a couple of months ago when we discovered that the heater had broken in my late father's vacant home. They were able to come out, even as busy as they were and got it fixed by the next day. They were professional and affordable. Fast forward to today when the same house needed to be looked at because we were told there was a major leak somewhere. We are getting this house ready to sell so we cannot have issues like this popping up and not resolve them quickly. I called and BJ was out within 2 hours. He located the problem and shut off the sprinklers because that's where the leak was. I am in Southern California and so I have to trust that whomever is handling it is trustworthy and honest and reliable. 911 plumbing is all of the above.

BJ was very helpful and professional, he identified and fixed the problem with my furnace very quickly, and when it didn’t work out right, he investigated and identified 4 different problems that the previous tech from a different company made while they spent 2 hours unable to identify or fix the problem with the furnace earlier in the week. BJ corrected all the errors from the previous tech and got my furnace running properly, all for a great price. Definitely recommend!

I have had 911 work on my home multiple times with fantastic results every time. Most recently they were able to clear a clogged 2 inch cast iron drain at my home on very short notice, and educate me on some ways to try and extend its life as replacing it is going to be a major job. BJ is great to talk to and always holds the customer as his top priority. They've won me over as a lifelong customer, don't hesitate to give them a call!

911 Plumbing is always honest and fair. They’ve been fixing my house and my family’s houses for many years and I trust them completely. BJ is extremely knowledgeable and is great at explaining issues so I have some understanding of what happened and why. I highly recommend this business.

Can’t recommend them enough, I called yesterday for a non emergency and less than 24 hours later my problem has been solved on top of another one that I forgot about. Very professional and knowledgeable. BJ gave different options and did his best to be cost effective which we very much appreciate.
